Shearing machine is used for cutting the strips and blanks from full size tin plates into different sizes. Shearing machine is foot operated, body made from C.I casting with adjustable side gauges. This machine is easy in operation with superior quality HCHC edge shearing blades.

SIDE SEAM WELDER

WELEDABILITY:- The machine is capable of welding a wide range of material, tin sheet, black & TFS sheets with thickness ranging from 0.2mm to 0.4mm and body diameter ranging from 52mm to 300mm and body height up to 450mm depending on the lower arm size.


INTERMEDIATE ELECTRODE:- Use of electrolytic copper wire as an intermediate electrode between weld wheel and tinsheet, avoid deposition of molten tin on weld wheels and ensures consistent, quality weld without frequent cleaning of wheels.


WELDING ARMS:- Upper arms made out of high tensile brass is common for complete range of container diameters and is attached by hydro pneumatic – damping cylinder to avoid initial impact on contact with lower weld wheel and to maintain constant welding force. Lower arm consist of guide rail, Z-bar, weld wheel etc.
