FLANGING MACHINE

ends of the container at a time. Also this machine gives a
perfect rectangular shape to the container body. The tools are
made out of WPS, (HCHC) material hardened and ground finished
for durability and high tolerance. The machine is made of C.I.
casting bed & steel base. The machine is capable for inter
changing the tools/ die for different size of container.

SEAMING MACHINE
This machine is used for seaming
the top & bottom of the tin container with help of two rollers.
The seaming machine chuck revolves around the rollers to seam
the top and bottom to the container with help of handle one side
one time. The machine is designed in steel body with thrust
bearing in the arms for better performance and long life. This
machine have good production & can be used for different sizes
by inter changing the seaming chuck.
